Is a legal notice mandatory?

Yes. For any website carrying out an economic activity (even indirectly, such as displaying advertising or affiliate links) it is mandatory under the LSSI-CE.

Can I combine the legal notice with the privacy policy?

They can be on separate pages or combined, but all the content required by each regulation must be covered. We recommend separate pages.
